Here is where you can find a dead hunter (a bit to the left from Glacial cave where my arrow showing where I am) that is wearing ONLY a Skaal coat and boots, the other armour you can get from either killing or pickpocketing the other skaal.
Those who are exiled are to never be aided by the Skaal again, even in their most dire need. xx039110 Skaal Gloves are a piece of light armor and part of the Skaal armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.
The armor is Cyrodiilic Chainmail, which I got from steam.
